Neighborhood
Housing Services partners with numerous for-profit and
non-profit agencies to better serve the needs of its target
neighborhoods
and service area. Our partners support our community revitalization
program with grants, donations, in-kind service and direct
client service. Among the major funders to NHS are the
Sid Richardson
Foundation, Colonial Savings, Bank One, Wells Fargo Housing
Foundation, Washington Mutual, World Savings, State Farm Insurance
and USAA.
As
a NeighborWorks Network member, NHS receives funding from the NeighborWorks America, for real estate development, training,
marketing and promotions, down payment and closing cost assistance
and community leadership development.
Municipal,
County and Federal support also helps to strengthen our program.
Major partnership have been developed with the City of Fort Worth
Housing Department and the U.S. Department of Housing
and Urban Development.
We
